In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, speak louder, and fill every silence, there exists a different kind of gathering —
One that invites you to sink deeper, soften your breath, and surrender to the pulse of sound. On Sunday, November 9th, 2025, Saisons Musique is thrilled to collaborate with Koala Karnival to curate a journey through ambient soundscapes, meditation, and collective stillness at NOMADlife.tv in Montreal.
This is the expanded Kommunal Garden Series—a space where music becomes medicine, and community becomes sanctuary.
An Invitation to Slow Down: What is Koala Karnival?
From 1:30pm to 9:30pm, the event unfolds in waves: arrival and connection, a collective meditation circle led by Andréanne Beaudry, and hours of immersive ambient music.

The Soundscape: Montreal Ambient Music at Its Finest
Our curators for the day represent the diverse textures of Montreal's electronic music community:
- Moti (CR): Crafting cosmic journeys through sound
- Elma Niacci: Weaving ethereal textures with live guitar
- LYA (by Wuachuma): Channeling medicine music and ancestral frequencies
- Ðexter Crowe: Exploring the liminal spaces between melody and meditation
Each set flows seamlessly into the next, creating an unbroken journey from afternoon light into evening darkness—a mirror of the natural cycle we so often forget to honor.
Collective Circle & Yoga Nidra
Before the music begins, Andréanne Beaudry will guide participants through a Kollective Kircle—a gentle meditation practice designed to help your nervous system transition from the busyness of daily life into a state of receptive stillness. This shared ritual of grounding creates co-regulation within the group, allowing everyone to arrive more fully in their bodies and in the space.
The Kuddle Floor: A Sacred Listening Space
The kuddle floor is where magic happens. Surrounded by four corner speakers, this designated area asks for silence and reverence. Bring your coziest blankets, settle into cushions, and allow the music to wash over you. You might find yourself in deep meditation, you might drift into sleep, or you might simply rest in that liminal space between—all are welcome.
Communal Potluck & Creative Corners
Understanding that nourishment comes in many forms, the event features:
- Kollective Potluck: A full kitchen for sharing homemade dishes (GF/vegan options welcome)
- Kolouring Korner: Gentle creative expression
- Tarot Space: Intuitive guidance
- Reading Korner: Quiet contemplation
- Kircus Tent: Playful exploration
These spaces offer gentle movement for those who need to shift their energy while still honoring the slower rhythm of the gathering.

What to Bring: Preparing for the Journey
To fully embrace this experience, consider bringing:
- Cozy layers: The space will be warm, but you'll be still for long periods
- Cushions or yoga mat: For comfort during the 6+ hour soundscape journey
- Eye mask: If you prefer complete darkness for deep rest
- Potluck contribution: Optional but encouraged—share something you love to make
- Open heart: The most essential ingredient
Community Guidelines: Holding Sacred Space Together
The Koala Karnival asks all participants to honor a few simple agreements:
- Arrive on time to settle before the Kollective Kircle and enjoy the full journey
- Maintain silence in the kuddle floor area—whispers are okay, but let the music guide
- No alcohol or stimulants—we gather to rest, not to amplify
- Smoke outside only on the outdoor terrace
- Practice presence—phones on silent, attention on breath and sound
These aren't rules; they're invitations to co-create a container where everyone can soften, explore, and arrive more fully.
A Note on Accessibility & Inclusion
We want this experience to be accessible to all bodies and beings:
- Dietary needs: Label your potluck contributions (GF/vegan), and bring dishes you can safely enjoy
- Movement: Feel free to move between spaces as needed—this is a marathon, not a sprint
- Sleep: If you fall asleep, that's perfect (just no loud snoring, please!)
- Late arrivals: Doors remain open, but arriving early enhances the journey
If you have specific accessibility questions, please reach out via the event page.
Beyond November 9th: The Ripple Effect
What happens when we gather this way? Something shifts. The nervous system remembers what rest feels like. The heart recalls the medicine of community. The ears relearn the art of deep listening. And when we return to our daily lives, we carry those frequencies with us—subtle but unmistakable, creating moments that ripple outward, long after the final note fades.
Join the Journey
Kome curious. Kome weary. Kome ready to be held by sound, Kommunity, and the simple miracle of Kollective stillness.
We hope this resonates. We hope you'll join us.
Gather your crew, grab your coziest blankets, come curious, and leave connected.
With gratitude and infinite frequencies, The Koala Krew & Saisons Musique 🐨🎪✨
